UPDATE 23.09.21 Influenza Vaccine Delivery Issues

Clinics booked for 25th September for the 65 years and overs is now cancelled. The manufacturer Seqirus  emailed with an update providing us with a delivery date and advised we would receive a further email from the distribution company 48 hours prior with an accurate delivery time on the date stated.  They have failed to confirm the delivery of the vaccines, so we have no choice other than to cancel the clinic and to wait until the vaccines are delivered and in our possession before we can offer any further appointments.

We realise this is a huge inconvenience to all those affected including our surgery staff who have rearranged their off duty time to come in and deliver this clinic.

Once the Surgery has the vaccines safely delivered we will contact all those who have been cancelled from both clinics to rearrange. Please don't contact us - we will contact you

If we have a mobile contact number on file, a text will be sent out (Only 1 per household where only 1 person has a mobile listed), a call to the landline and an update on here and our Facebook page. Please bear with us - its a huge undertaking to organise these clinics, even more so when doing it at short notice.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding - The Friarwood Team
