Registrars and Students
Our practice is a training/teaching practice. Our registrars are fully qualified and have a great deal of hospital experience.
Registrars are attached to our practice for six to twelve months and patients find their fresh, enthusiastic approach adds to the health care we provide.
The registrars usually become general practitioners after completing their training, and are encouraged at all times to seek advice when required from the practice partners. Occasionally consultations may be video recorded as part of GP training. No recording will take place without your consent and you have the right to ask for the recording to be deleted at anytime.
We on occasion also have nursing students who run clinics along side the nurse staff.
We are also fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice for short periods. With the patient's consent they may consult alongside the partners and learn about general practice.
