Any patient that experiences any difficulties when attending the surgery or needs further assistance please do not hesitate to ask friendly receptionists who will always do their best to help.
Please find below a list of some helpful areas we can be of some assistance:
- If you have trouble gaining access into the surgery and have an appointment let us know when booking and a staff member will come outside and help.
- For patients that have hearing difficulties please ask at reception for our portable hearing loop.
- For any patients that are partially sighted we have a large print of our practice leaflet to provide information on how to contact the surgery and all services available at the surgery.
- If you are experiencing problems reading the practice leaflet or any posters if possible we will produce the document in a print format to suit you.
- If you cannot read or write the receptionist will be happy to help so please do not hesitate to ask.
- Language Empire is used at the surgery for patients that have difficulty speaking English or who need a sign interpreter.
- Designated disabled parking spaces in the car park
- Any problems please do not be afraid to approach any member of staff for help
